PAYMENT OF CENECO BILLS VIA METROBANK BILLS PAYMENT
To paying consumers:
When paying your CENECO bills through Metrobank branches, please utilize the PAYMENT SLIP form instead of making an over-the-counter direct deposit to our CENECO accounts.
Instructions:
1. Go to any Metrobank branch.
2. At the forms table, get a PAYMENT SLIP form.
3. Fill in the following information:
- Date: Date of payment
- Company name: CENECO
- Subscriber: Account name found on your CENECO bill
- Reference number: Billing month (mm/yy)
- Subscriber number: Account number found on your CENECO bill
- Telephone number: Contact number
- Mode of payment: Cash/check
- Amount of payment: Amount to be paid
4. Queue in the branch and wait for your number to be called.
5. Present the accomplished PAYMENT SLIP form and amount to be paid to the Metrobank teller.
6. Wait for the Metrobank teller to process your transaction.
With the bills payment facility, paying consumers will no longer be required to email their proof of payment.
REMINDER: DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR CENECO BILL WHEN PAYING VIA METROBANK BILLS PAYMENT.
