As part of its health and safety procedures to protect its employees and MCOs in view of the CoViD-19 pandemic, the following temporary changes in CENECO’s operations will be observed starting March 23, 2020 until further notice:

• No acceptance of service applications
• No printing of bills on field (Read only scheme)
• Acceptance of electricity bills payment will only be from 8am-3pm in the main and area offices. MCOs may opt to pay through online banking, fund transfers, and in select ALVIO Collection Centers

However, CENECO will maintain a skeletal workforce to ensure continuous electricity service. The Helplines Unit will be open 24/7 to receive power interruption-related complaints through phone calls.
