CENECO SET POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON OCTOBER 17 & 18

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers connected to Alijis Feeder 6 (AF6) that maintenance activities will be conducted on October 17 and 18, Saturday and Sunday. This is to ensure reliability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follow:

This is to ensure reliability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follow:

 

Date: October 17, 2020 – Saturday

Reasons:

 

• Replacement of 4-rotten wood pole with 4-30ft. concrete pole and transfer of secondary line and 6 MOP. Transferring of 1-25kVA distribution transformer together with its accessories to 69kV pole.

Time: 9:00am to 2:00pm

Date: October 18, 2020 – Sunday

Reasons:

 

• Replacement of 1-35ft. rotten pole into 1-35ft. concrete pole together with its accessories. Replacement of 1-30ft rotten wood pole into 1-35ft. concrete pole, extension of 1-span 1-phase primary line, installation of 1-25kVA distribution transformer for load splitting to avoid overloading of DT#13-052.

 

Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
